About Us

Welcome to 11:15 Cattle Company where we are committed to helping busy families get quality, delicious and healthy beef to their tables with ease and convenience. We want to provide the peace of mind in knowing where your beef comes from and how it is made.

Just like many of our best customers, we understand what it is like not to be able to trust what is being sold at the supermarket. That is why, in October of 2023, we purchased our first set of cattle and began the journey to build 11:15 Cattle Company.

With a few acres, just as many cattle, a lot of hard work and many prayers, we committed to do things the right way. Our search for the perfect place to raise happy healthy cattle led us to a timber farm in Alto, Texas. We developed a vision for this land that included pastures full of cattle, ponds, and, one day, a home. We started clearing the land for just that purpose.

Deuteronomy 11:15 says "He will give you lush pastureland for your livestock and you yourselves will have all you want to eat." This scripture is what inspired the name of our ranch. Turning 250 acres from a forest to pastureland has us trusting in God's word. We set out knowing His Word never returns void.

Today we are blessed to be headed towards the goal of being recognized as a leading pasture to plate beef producer our customers can grow to know and trust.

We are proud to be part of the farm to table movement and to be able to offer our customers the highest quality beef that is delicious, healthy and safe.
