We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Boats, Outboard Motors and Motorsport ATV, MC and SXS's. This is a hands-on position that requires strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire installation, and filter replacements
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on vehicles and equipment
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
- Repair or replace faulty components, such as brakes, suspension systems, and transmissions, fuel systems, water pumps
- Operate a forklift and tractor or other lifting equipment when necessary
- Electrical Marine equipment installation.
- Provide tire service including installation and repair
- Required : Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mechanic or similar role
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- - Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers
