The Property Manager is responsible for ensuring the property runs smoothly, maintaining resident satisfaction, and supporting the ownerships. Collect and process rent payments, enforce lease terms, and issue notices when necessary. Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Oversee maintenance staff/vendors and ensure work orders are completed efficiently. Conduct property inspections to maintain curb appeal, safety, and compliance with company policies. Manage leasing activities, including showing units, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements. Maintain accurate resident files, ledgers, and reports. Ensure community policies are enforced to promote a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
